Barbara Feller: “Creation of an Artist: Grant Wood’s Boyhood Story”

Barbara Feller’s second book, Creation of an Artist: Grant Wood’s Boyhood Story is hot off the presses! You are all invited to learn about it at a five-part series being presented on Zoom through the Anamosa Public Library.

The first session, “Grant Wood Through Local Eyes,” was held September 26th. This presentation was an introduction by four authors, including Barbara, who have written about Grant Wood.

The second session, “Creation of an Artist,” will be held beginning 10:00 am on Saturday, October 3. This presentation is entirely on Barbara’s book.

The third, fourth, and fifth sessions which follow, are each about the other authors’ books.

You can sign up for any or all of the sessions by going to Anamosalibrary.org website, and scroll down to Adult Programs, where you will find a registration form.

Please note:  The programs are free, but IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU REGISTER AHEAD OF TIME! The library will send you a link but you will not be able to get in unless you have pre-registered.

Both of Barbara’s books (Road to Waubeek and Creation of an Artist) are available for purchase at icecubepress.com.

Barbara thanks you for your interest and looks forward to sharing her story with you.
